  Moline store is the worst!! Freddy and his female sidekick (venessa,Vicky, victim.. whatever her name is) should be in rehab!! I was promised my furniture delivered in 1week.. called to verify a time Freddy answers "Thanks for calling Taco Bell didn't I already take your order!" All I could think was is this business for real... went rounds about receiving my furniture! At this time I knew it was the worst decision I could have made to choose this facility to do business with.... I wanted my money back (I was making payments for furniture I still haven't received)!!! I WISH I WOULD HAVE DID A LITTLE MORE RESEARCH BECAUSE BUDDY'S SUCKS!! Now I pay Davenport for the same furniture so I don't have to deal with caption crank and his pet! I called corporate, district manager at least 20 time's left messages with only 1 call back from corporate (who took a report then, stated there's nothing they can do it's up to district manager who I no longer could get on the phone)! Needless to say I ended up calling him around 4am (when I get up for work) and he finally answers!! This is just a freaking game! I wish I never stepped foot in buddy's!!! PS. PLEASE DO BETTER BACKGROUND CHECKS ON EMPLOYEE AND HANDLE YOUR BUSINESS!!!!

  In comparison to some rent to own operations, Buddys is ok. The upper management would earn a 7 on a scale of 1-10. Accounts department needs some work. Lack of professionalism, honesty and over all character. The products are good just extremely over priced, even the same as cash cost is heavily inflated. If you owe money and travel/work all the time, you will be Expected to find time to communicate with them because after hours there is no voicemail available. Although the accounts manager told me to my face and in front of potential new customers that there was indeed a working answering machine.
