  The staff are VERY RUDE!!!! They refused to let my 3 year old use the restroom and he peed his pants. They stated they have a strict no public use of bathrooms, but seriously, you can't let a 3 year old who is not capable of holding it use your toilet?? Really, what is a 3 year old gonna do in the bathroom besides pee?? Where the Hell is your compassion?? The store has a bunch of obnoxious signs stating that only 2 student are allowed in the store at once, bags must be left at the front etc....there is also a very obnoxious sign regarding cell phone use, rude or not, it is a free country and the store is not allowed to control this, and your sign is actually more rude and very obnoxious!!! A simple "please refrain from cell phone use" is much more appropriate and much less trashy and ghetto!! Pretty sure there is some illegal discrimination going on here! Also code violations that I am reporting regarding Iowa and federal codes for restroom usage in a consumer facility. They are greater than 4000 square ft and required by law to provide access to restrooms!! Iowa code icb and ucb sections 400 and 413. Only wish he would have peed inside the store on their floor instead of right outside the door as we were running to the car to drive to a gas station. Would have been FANTASTIC IF THEY HAD TO CLEAN THE PEE OF THEIR FLOOR since they refused to let a small toddler use the toilet. They yell at kids all the time and always give parents dirty looks when they come in with small children. Who do you think shops at dollar stores......stop the discrimination. What a disgrace to America. Will never go back and am posting everywhere I can about this terrible store !!!!!!!
