Several technicians tried to solve the issue but my issue went unresolved for a lengthy period of time.. Once Jeremy was assigned to the call, he did not give up until he fixed the issue. I am so grateful for his professionalism and dedication. He is definitely an asset to Done Right, and truly lives up to the name!
