  I came in the store today just to look when Lori Ward met me and asked what I was looking for. After speaking to her she knew what I was looking for. I was very happy with her service and I bought a chair. Very pleasant working with her. I forgot to get a picture of the chair and she was so sweet she texted me one without asking her too. I will buy from this store again. Thank you for excellent customer service.

  Great salespeople with excellent knowledge of their product and what styles will be complimentary to a room. Furniture delivery was great. They called beforehand and again the day of to let me know they would be earlier than originally anticipated. Very courteous and took time to show me how to properly operate everything. Overall excellent experience with la-z-boy. I would recommend them to anyone!
