  Word of mouth is definitely golden as I received recommendation from someone I’ve known for almost 20 years. They have used this company on 2 separate occasions and were completely satisfied which is what helped me decide on Luxury Bath instead of the many others advertised. From the initial visit to completion and even a couple weeks later I felt everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of from the phone calls, emails and even an offer to drop off one of my shelves that arrived a couple weeks before I was available for installation as I was anxious to start trying to match up the color with new shower curtains, rugs, towels so I was able to take that shelf with me into the stores to find that perfect shade of gray! Thankfully the guys doing the installation (Dana and Joe) had great personalities so it was almost like having family over (the members you actually like, LOL) to work on your house as they included me in every step and decision along the way to make sure I was happy and comfortable with their work. That is very important to me since I was spending a few days with them. It’s been 4 weeks and everything is working great and the family loves the new tub and wall surround and I swear I now take longer showers since it’s so nice in there! Thank you Luxury Bath!
