  I had no complaints about Sprint until it was time to end my service with them. Now that I am no longer a customer I have made 3 visits out to their store, and they are requesting I make another to fix a mistake that one of their employees made. I have also spent 5 hours on the phone talking to 16 different people trying to cancel my service because they couldn't do it in the store the first time I was there. They sent me a device return kit for my phone after I physically returned it myself to the store because there is such a huge lack of communication between Sprint employees. Another example of the lack of communication would be the 16 people I talked to through their phone customer service. They all asked me the same questions everytime I was transferred and now it is a surprise that something is messed up. Now they are threatening to charge me for my phone again because of one of their mistakes. After strongly recommending Sprint for 5 years I will try my hardest to persuade people to not get involved in the same disaster I did!

  This stores customer service is completely awful, I work at a cell phone store in rock island and we pride ourselves on customer service unfortunately that is not the case at this store. I was told "well that's not how we do things here" which isn't the to ever tell someone about anything in retail. I would strongly advise against using this store.
